GmbH was founded in 1999 by Dr. Helge Petersen and Dr. Gerhard
Waldheim to pursue investments as principals as well as to render
advisory services, both in the field of private equity.
We are fund
manager of GMF German Mittelstand Fund GmbH and GMF Mittelstand
Fund II GmbH & Co. KGaA, two private equity
investment funds concentrating on majorities in mid-sized Mittelstand
companies in industries and services with high potential for
value appreciation in the German-speaking part of europe.
We are cornerstone investor of the Austrian venture fund PVP
I Beteiligungs-Invest AG.
We maintain our own portfolio of investments, which has evolved
from German venture projects. Conflicts of interests are strictly
avoided.
We are consultants
within our network for selected M&A as well
as corporate finance mandates, for which we are able to provide
